Roseanne Cash Interview
This morning, on NPR, heard an interview with Roseanne Cash. She of course is the daughter of Johnny Cash and his first wife, Vivian.
She speaks of loss and grief, of her family falling " like petals from roses ".
When Roseanne's son was two years old, Johnny apologized because " he knew he would not be able to see [ her son ] grow up ". This was three years before he died. He knew.
Its about her family, its about our families too.
